"I pity the fool!"
— Mr. T

Lawrence Tureau, better known under his moniker as Mr. T, is a US-American bodyguard, actor, and wrestler.

Bio[edit | edit source]

Born as the youngest of twelve children in Chicago's run-down Robert Taylor homes, Mr. T's early interest in wrestling and martial arts turned him into the city-wide wrestling champion for two consecutive years. Following a few years serving in the US Military Police, he supposedly had over 200 fights in his career as a bouncer, and spent ten further years as the personal bodyguard of celebrities ranging from Muhammad Ali, to Michael Jackson, to Diana Ross.

Often remembered for his role as B. A. Barracus in The A-Team and his own Mister T cartoon series, he also had an on-off role as a professional wrestler. He notably served as the tag-team partner of Hulk Hogan during Wrestlemania I, had a box fight with against Roddy Piper during Wrestlemania II, and had a few other appearances as either a wrestler, special referee, or special referee enforcer for various promotions.

In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]

Mr. T fought in 8chanmania XCII. He blew up Black Dynamite, and broke the morale of Yari Ashigaru, but ultimately got smacked by the perpetual smartass Deadpool.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The 'Mr. T' moniker came about by Mr. T actually wanting to be addressed as 'Mister'; specifically during a time where Black people were generally addressed as 'boy'.
  • His trademark gold chains and other jewelry hail back from his time as a bouncer; having been left behind by various visitors to the club he was working for.
