Blaziken is a Fire/Fighting-type Pokémon; first appearing in Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Blaziken is the final evolution of the chick-like Generation III starter Pokémon Torchic. It is a fierce, proud Pokémon that is proverbially burning for a fight, as facing a tough foe will cause flames to burst forth from its wrists. Aside from its flaming fists, Blaziken never skipping leg day means it can neatly pass over a thirty-story building with a single jump. Sadly, roughly nine in ten Blazikens being male means chances of getting your head crushed between those thighs are slim.
It doesn't take an elaborate guess to realize Blaziken was inspired by a mix of cockfighting, Muay Thai, and those freaky masks found in 1980s Japanese pro-wrestling. As a result, Blaziken was more or less predestined to become a playable fighter in the Tekken-inspired spin-off title Pokkén. Befitting its portrayal in the main games, it is a hyper-aggressive fighter that can burn through its own hitpoints to enchance the damage of its attacks.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Season 1[edit | edit source]
Blaziken's first known appearance was in 8chanmania X, where it teamed up with Lucario. The two sadly were quickly yeeted out of the ring by Shaggy Rogers and Krystal.
It immediately returned for 8chanmania XI, defeating Robert Garcia via pinfall. Blaziken would defeat Fiolina Germi in the second round in a similar fashion, before losing to Felicia (Darkstalkers) in the Quarterfinals.
Another week later, Blaziken returned 8chanmania XII, and was promptly got stomped on by the unarmed Rin Tezuka.
Blaziken also appeared in 8chanmania XV, but nothing beyond it making it into the nominations is known.
Season 2[edit | edit source]
Blaziken fought in 8chanmania XXXVII. It's fiery kicks melted down the frost giant Brauggi, but it had to go home when Ran Yakumo went foxy on it.
Season 3[edit | edit source]
Though not in the ring itself, Blaziken (alongside Pikachu Libre) served as a manager to Incineroar during 8chanmania LXX.
