Bret Sergeant Hart, better known as just Bret Hart, is a retired Canadian professional wrestler.
Bio[edit | edit source]
The eight child of wrestler and promoter Stu Hart, Bret left his mark as one of the most emblematic technical wrestlers in history, an icon to Leafland, and overall one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. Having first entered the limelight as one half of the Hart Foundation alongside his in-law Jim Neidhart, Bret made his full breakthrough when he won his first world championship against Ric Flair in 1992.
Famed for his technical skills and his lightning-fast reversals, Hart more or less carried World Wrestling Federation during its bleak New Generation era. Praised for his offensive technical skills and his lightning-fast reversals to almost any technique. Getting on the receiving end of the Montreal Screwjob meant he left for WCW in 1997, but the 1999 Starrcade left him with a post-concussion syndrome that forced his retirement from active wrestling on October 26th, 2000.
Despite of a brief return into the ring (and to WWE/WWF) by 2010, the nature of his injuries (and Hart suffering a stroke in 2002) meant the Hitman could only perform in a few, low-risk matches. He increasingly withdrew to background roles; with his last public appearance being a video segment for TNA's 2020 Bound for Glory Event.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Season 1[edit | edit source]
Bret Hart debuted in 8chanmania IV, where Hart wend hard on Scott Steiner, but got rugpulled by Wolf Hawkfield in the following round.
The Hitman likewise appeared in 8chanmania XXIV, overjoyed over finally getting his chance to get back on Hulk Hogan after 25 years. Unfortunately for him, it actually was the Hulkster who got back at him.
Season 2[edit | edit source]
A while later, in 8chanmania LII, Hart broke the heart of Shawn "Heart-Break Kid" Michaels; only to find himself stumped by the pure, undiluted flavor of Pepsiman.
