Cú Chulainn, also known by his class title Lancer, is a demi-god of Irish myth and major character from the FATE series.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Chulainn originally was known as Sétanta; child of the mortal woman Deichtine and the deity Lugh. He had a bit of an unhappy accident with the prized guard dog of the blacksmith Culann, and, swearing to take the dog's role until a fitting replacement could be reared, became Cú Chulainn - Culanns's Hound.
Like many figures of myth, Chulainn was eventually conscripted into the secret Grail Wars, serving under Bazett Fraga McRemitz. He later a rather one-sided working relationship with Kirei Kotomine, which the honor-minded Chullain does not entirely enjoy. Then again, we're talking about the same guy who would have happily murdered Shirou Emiya for being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Cú Chulain fought in 8chanmania XXXIX. Ever the huntsman, he was fascinated by and tried to tame Gore Magala, but it is one thing to choke a dog to death, and another thing entirely to choke on an immature Elder Dragon.
