Captain Falcon is is a recurring character in (and the unofficial protagonist of) the F-Zero series. He also shown up as a playable character in every Smash Bros game as of yet.
Bio[edit | edit source]
It is not entirely clear who exactly Captain Falcon is. Popular rumor has it that he either once was a big shot in the Space Police, a renowned bounty hunter, or the proprietor of a small bar in Mute City. Some go so far as to claim that Captain Falcon does not truly exist, but simply is a title handed down from one man to another. Fact is, most of his background remains unknown.
What is known beyond doubt is that Captain Falcon is one of the most renowned pilots in the F-Zero races; regularly overtaking opponents at breackneck speeds well exceeding several hundred miles per hour in his trademark machine, the Blue Falcon. It's not a Blue Hedgehog, but hells know the damned things does go fast.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Season 1[edit | edit source]
Captain Falcon appeared at some point during Season 1. His first properly documented appearance was during 8chanmania XI, where the good Captain landed a K.O. against Asura before getting the boot by Felicia in the next round.
He took part in 8chanmania XX, where he formed a tag team with Viewtiful Joe. Unfortunately, they got kicked out of the preliminaries by Demifiend and Gene, specifically through a crit of Demifiend against Falcon.
Season 2[edit | edit source]
The bird of prey resurfaced in 8chanmania XLI. He showed Mach Rider his moves and even faced the dreaded Clown, but overstepped a line when he made Shaggy Rogers enter his prime form. Needless to say, he left the tournament shortly after.
His next stint came in 8chanmania XLVI: Having defeated Daidouji (and inadvertantly undone her sarashi in the process), the good captain bombed Tanya harder than she could have bombed any Soviet tank, and went on to put the 8chanmania Ring itself onto the mat. Indeed, even The Cheetahmen could not stop him; and when the falcon finally was forced to land at the hands of R-23, he acknowledged the reformed mook-turned-hero as his successor - leading to the creation of Captain Falcon R.
