Claude Frollo is a character from Disney's 1996 movie The Hunchback of Notre Dame (which in itself is a disneyfied version of Victor Hugo's eponymous 1831 novel).
Bio[edit | edit source]
Frollo, a judge in late 15th-century Paris, runs on three principles: God is righteous, humans are sinful, and gypsies should be put to the torch because they aren't human to begin with. This means it doesn't count as murder if some random gypsy broad dies after you kick her down the steps of Notre Dame. And Frollo only briefly considered drowning the deformed infant son she had been carrying in the nearby well before he got guilt-tripped into taking him in.
Some twenty years later, the boy hasn't gotten any prettier, and Frollo still thrives on his raging hate-boner for gypsies. Things come to a boiling point when Frollo spots a gypsy woman that does more for the boner than for the hate part, which leads him to conclude she probably must be a witch that has cast a spell on him. He plans to thoroughly investigate her, but a conspiracy between the gypsy, his fraudulent son, and his newly-appointed captain of the guard leads to his demise.

Claude Frollo debuted in 8chanmania LIX. He gave Pope Julius II a shocking revelation about how Christianity had evolved since his time, bested Pyrrhus of Epirus, and defused the J-Bomb. Already weary of thieverous scoundrels, Frollo still failed to resist the cunningly fast hands of Phantom R.
