Jonathan David Good, better known as Dean Ambrose, is an US-American wrestler.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Originally going under the moniker Jon Moxley and earning his first belts as part of the Heartland Wrestling Association, Good entered WWE's ring as Dean Ambrose in 2011. By 2012 He became part of the notorious heel stable The Shield alongside Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. Already a bit unstable, he went positively nuclear when Rollins backstabbed (well, back-chaired him), and quietly spun his plans even after The Shield's supposed reunion.
Aside from his earnest desire to turn Rollins into a fine, red pulp; Ambrose was chiefly remembered for two things: Being a psychotic timebomb just waiting for an excuse to hammer away at something until it stops moving (William Regal can testify), and being forced to do a downright insulting amount of jobbing by Vince McMahon while the latter tried to raise Roman Reigns as their golden boy. It worked out as well as you'd guess.
Creative differences eventually resulted in Ambrose becoming Good again, and Good becoming Moxley again; but that's a different story.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Dean Ambrose formed a tag team with Seth Rollins for 8chanmania XLIV. The tournament taking place in December 2018 (i.e, right around the time when Ambrose 'vaccinated' himself against and defeated Rollins in a game of tables, ladders, and chairs) made the team-up extra-spicy, but poor synergy meant the two immediately lost against Ouya-tan and Kazuma Kiryu.
