- "Such inspiring courage! Perhaps we'll mount your corpse on a golden chair and make an idol out of you as well."

Eliphas the Inheritor is a recurring character from the Dawn of War series.
Bio[edit | edit source]
A Dark Apostle and hence something akin to a man of faith, Eliphas upholds a unique role among Dawn of War's Chaos Lords because he actually is charismatic and well-spoken instead of being a howling retard. During the events of Dark Crusade he led his Word Bearers Chaos Space Marines against the other seven factions trying to take over planet Kronus, but unfortunately got his ass kicked by the Blood Ravens of Captain Davian Thule and was unceremoniously whisked away to the "Basilica of Pain" by his demonic masters.
Recognizing his popularity, Relic Entertainment brought him back for Dawn of War II: Chaos Rising, where he initially plays the henchman of Araghast the Pillager, but then stabs him in the back by denying him the safety portal he could have used to save his armored ass from the heroes of Aurelia. After getting whacked by said heroes himself, Eliphas is "recruited" by Abbadon the Despoiler and becomes the main Chaos hero for Dawn of War II: Retribution. And while the canonical ending means it once more was the Blood Ravens instead of him that took the victory, it is generally agreed that a properly-specced Eliphas is the single most efficient killing machine in the entire game.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Eliphas only appeared in 8chanmania XX, where he amusingly teamed up with Araghast. Their attempt to spread the influence of the ruinous powers did not come very far when Arc Warden and Tempest Double insisted the heretics would not go mid, but right out of the ring.
