Felix Jaeger is the bi-protagonist of the Warhammer Fantasy novel series Gotrek & Felix.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Felix Jaeger was born into a reasonably well-off merchant family; with his father's wealth paying for his entrance and tuition at Altdorf University. Unfortunately for said father, Felix always had a bit of a rebellious streak; meaning he secretly studied poetry instead of business, and spent a good deal of time dueling with other students. The accidental death of one such rival saw Jaeger cast out by both the university and his family, and he became drifting vagabond.
When Emperor Karl Franz issued a new "Window Tax", Felix became one of the leading agitator that organized protests marches against it. Said marches eventually turned into riots, and said riots eventually drew the attention of the Emperor's own Reiksguard. Jaeger very nearly would have been killed in the ensuing clashes, had his life not been saved by Gotrek Gurnisson, a traveling Dwarven slayer. After a night of heavy drink, a completely smashed Felix swore to accompany Gurnisson until his death, that he might write an epic tale about him. What Felix did not quite understand is that - despite of his best efforts - Gurnisson somehow never manages to die.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Felix fought in the tag-team-themed 8chanmania XXXI, where he faithfully accompanied Gotrek. The traveling heroes tried to take on Camilla and Tharja. If Felix were to compose a song about the encounter, it probably would not be a happy one.
