IRS
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is an agency of the United States Federal Government.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Founded with the Revenue Act of 1862, the forerunner organization of the IRS was created to gather funds during the American Civil War by means of a new income tax. Nearly 150 later, it still does its part to ensure that at least the "taxes" part of "death and taxes" can be relied on; gathering some $3.4 trillion in 2018 alone and being the main source of income for the US government. The latter typically chooses to express its gratitude towards the IRS via repeated budget cuts to the organization.
While aforementioned budget cuts means the IRS has to lay off thousands of workers every year, those who remain and even manage to thrive in the organization tend to be amongst the scariest, meanest motherfuckers the US government has at its disposal. You think having the FBI on your tail is bad? Try fucking with the taxman, then lo and behold as he promptly fucks you right back. And boy, he certainly doesn't use lube.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
The End of Season 2 and Repossession of the Mania[edit | edit source]
Owing to the gigantic mountain of debts TNA Anon piled up during the production of 8chanmania (particularly due to expensive special effects), the IRS saw itself forced to intervene after 8chanmania LXVI and sent three of its agents to repossess both the Mania and the Aperture Science Physical Testing Facility it was taking place in. This was not to the liking of Yuuka Kazami, who had plans to turn the facility in her personal killing field after winning the mania and become the Grand Champion of Season 3. Rest assured, the ensueing battle between her and the three IRS agents quickly saw her incapacitated and carried off to an undisclosed high-security prison.
8chanmania might have ended there and then, had it not been for the timely appearance of Mr. Shake Hands Man. Seeing a business opportunity, the latter offered to pay back whatever TNA Anon owed to the IRS in exchange for transfering the possession of the Mania to his own employers at BANZAI Inc. Despite initial objections, the IRS representatives eventually agreed to this plan, leading to the events of 8chanmania: Season 3.
Season 3[edit | edit source]
During the match between Johnny Sasaki and Nanami in 8chanmania LXVI, Satsuki stated he was on a mission to localize some missing IRS agents that had been dispatched to the mania. The implications of this are unclear.
Having become aware of the Wrestle Gear, the IRS would later send out agents I, R, and S again to capture the machine during 8chanmania XCVI. The plan initially failed as the trio lost its match against Slaanesh, Iku Acme, and Risky Boots (who likewise were after the Wrestle Gear), but when the champion Doris and her sidekick Kyu attempted to claim the device for themselves after winning the belt, Agent I called in the mysterious Agent J. The taxmen's victory over the nymphomaniacs and their attempt to unlock the massive blast door shielding the Wrestle Gear only failed because Default-Chan decided to go ahead and delete fucking everything - cue 8chanmania XCVII.
