Lemeza Kusogi is the protagonist of La-Mulana.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Lemeza is a third-generation Japanese-American archeologist whose fondness for exploring trap-infested ruins is only dwarfed by the ninja training he underwent to actually survive the former. When not munching on curry, he is commonly found racing back and forth between opposing ends of the abandoned structure he currently investigates; desperately hoping that some vague clues he found on one mural might be the vital clue to solving an obscure bullshit riddle somewhere else.
Kusogi's worst enemy ironically is his own father, Shawn, who has the unpleasant tendency to show up and snatch any major discovery Lemeza might find right from under his nose. He also has a daughter called Lumisa, who happily follows the family tradition and thus acts as the main character of La-Mulana 2.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Lemeza presumably debuted in 8chanmania XIII. There, he wrecked Junpei Iori, gave Matador the horns, survived the suicidal rush of the Beheaded Kamikaze, and did not allow Rance to fuck him over (neither in the literal, nor the metaphorical sense). But when he additionally whacked Yellow Devil, the audience began to grow suspicious. There soon were claims he was one of the overpowered munchkin edits created by the notorious Qwark, and the drama rose to the point where TNA Anon came up with something akin to a rematch:
Long story short, there would be two battle royals between Lemeza and all of his previous five opponents. The winners of each would then face each other in the ring in the ultimate fight of ultimate destiny in order to claim the belt. Yellow Devil merrily proceeded to win both Battle Royals with relatively little effort; eliminating the necessity for a final match and sending Lemeza home in a thoroughly beltless state.
The archeologist's sole other appearance was during 8chanmania XVIII. He forced Jack Frost into submission and sent Caleb Goldman back home; only to be wrestled into submission himself by the brutal Dominus.
