Lo Wang is the protagonist of the Build Engine classic Shadow Warrior.

Bio[edit | edit source]

Once the steadfast bodyguard of the Japanese mega-tycoon Zilla, Lo Wang quit his job when he learned that his master had summoned an army of demonic creatures from the "dark side"; well-intent on using them to take over all of Japan. To make matters slightly worse, Zilla by no means was willing to accept the Shadow Warrior's resignation, and sent the very same creatures after him in order to eliminate the one man he deemed an actual risk to his plan. When Lo Wang - slightly irritated at this point - furthermore learned that Zilla's mooks had mortally wounded his former mentor, the venerable Master Liep, he set out to become the killer of Zilla.

Aiding him in this quest is an entire arsenal of finely selected tools, ranging from traditional ninja weaponry like his katana or the sharp-edged shuriken to slightly more unconventional gear - up to, and including, a rocket launcher capable of firing tactical nuclear warheads. His rich inventory of snappy one-liners complete the one-man army that is the last hope of Japan.

In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]

Lo Wang debuted in 8chanmania LXXXII. He defeated the gargantuan Spontaneous Bootay in both the ring and in the imprompty caucus for the United States Democratic Party that took part during their match. Unfortunately, the eastern warrior was no match for the western Engineer, resulting in him being kicked out from the Best of Sixteen.

Clearly not content with this outcome, Lo Wang returned for 8chanmania LXXXIII. There, he pulled the ears of Lopunny (but gave her a carrot to make up for it), but then ate a weapon KO by the gloved hands of Clown during the Best of Sixteen.

Wang teamed up with the legendary shinobi Joe Musashi when he entered 8chanmania LXXXVII. The self-proclaimed "Big Wang Gang" cut through Clown and Fargus like a katana cuts through a sheath of grass (folded over 9000 times, etc.), but then were folded themselves by Rance and Stork.
