Luigi is the younger brother of the Nintendo mascot Mario.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Always overshadowed by his older sibling, Luigi started off as little more than a glorified palette swap of Mario in the original Mario Bros. While his ability to jump higher at the expense of lower traction already became a feature in The Lost Levels, Luigi was largely condemned to his fate as a second hand until the arrival of Luigi's Mansion, where it actually was him who had to rescue Mario.
In contrast to Mario, Luigi very much is a coward, even if he can display bravery if the situation really calls for it. He also is notably taller and of a slighter built than Mario. Where the plumber in red is in love with Princess Peach, Luigi is said to have a crush on Princess Daisy.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Season 1[edit | edit source]
Luigi debuted in the ancient 8chanmania II, where he promptly had his mustache manhandled by Mario.
His only other known appearance was in 8chanmania X, where he instead teamed up with his older brother. The two defeated a poorly-composed tag team consisting of Wario and Princess Daisy, but could not make it beyond Rimanah and Mentor.
Season 3[edit | edit source]
While not appearing in the ring himself, Luigi served as Mario's assistant when they tried to bring Hotel Mario to 8chanmania LXXII.
