Meru is a party member from The Legend of Dragoon.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Cheerful and perpetually energetic, Meru is an (ostensibly) young woman from the flowery town of Donau. Although her chosen profession is that of a dancer, Meru's particular brand of dancing involves spontaneously growing wings and repeatedly bashing people over the head with her enormous, two-handed hammer; which she wields with the same grace regular dances might wield a musical baton.
She is first encountered 'dancing' with some of the bandits that have seeking residence in her hometown, and happily joins the party after main protagonist Dart states his intent to tour their main base of operations. As per established JRPG tradition, she acts as a comic relief character than gets a sad, heart-wrenching background story two discs after you first pick her up.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Meru fought in 8chanmania LXXI. While she didn't have the slightest clue whatever Isaac Netero was talking about when he offered to accept her as a 'Hunter', Meru happily took up the challenge and kicked his ass anyway. Unfortunately, her being the designated glass cannon of the party went poorly for her when Mr. X decided to give it to her.
