Mickey Mouse is the mascot of the Disney company.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Originally created as a copyright-friendly replacement for Harvey the Rabbit after his original creators from Disney got themselves into a copyright hassle with Universal Studious, Mickey Mouse entered existence as one of many crayon characters among various rivaling animation studios. The ball just sort of rolled from there, and next thing you know, Mickey still stars in cartoons almost a hundred years later.
More than just a comic character, Mickey also serves as an emblem to US cultural supremacy across the globe during the second half of the nineteenth century. His star admittedly fell through competition from from Japanese anime and lazily animated 3DCGI slop since the 1980s, but the fact that half the globe will immediately recognize the outline of his ears says a lot about his legacy.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Mickey Mouse tried to fight off the Japanese otaku goddes Amaterasu in 8chanmania LXXXV. He got painted all over, and was forcibly removed from the ring after muttering too many curse words for a good, god-fearing audience that was in for the blood.
