Mr. Monopoly is the mascot of the board game Monopoly.

Bio[edit | edit source]

Let's face it - the public face of capitalism isn't what it used to be. Even if you ignore the ramblings dialectics of trust fund-fed college communists, the simple truth is most people have come to equate the concept of 'rich person' with the image of some smug, more or less Muskoid techbro that spends too much time on social media, and too little time financing violent regime changes in South America.

Mr. Monopoly and his popularity as a character stems from the fact that his design harkens back to simpler, more innocent times - where rich people still respected the dignity of their office, and still had the decency to look into the eyes of the striking coal miners before they ordered the Pinkertons to beat them to a pulp. Hell, they might even have spared those miners still under the age of twelve. Would Amazon do the same?

Bio[edit | edit source]

Mr. Monopoly debuted in 8chanmania LXXIX. He answered Ouya-tan's interest in his money with apparent physical interest in her, but since this was an Ouya already taught in the art of the bancho by Kazuma Kuwabara, the only part of her he got was 'fist'.

Mr. Monopoly's sole other appearance was in a pre-show Royal Rumble in 8chanmania LXXXIII. There, he and a couple of other rich bastards fought over the right to become sponsor of the mania; which ultimately ended in Mr. Monopoly remaining as the last man standing, and his design being used on the ringmat for the rest of the season.
