Salt Girl is the mascot for the pseudo-gambling platform Salty Bet.

Bio[edit | edit source]

Salty Bet is a website that runs an embedded livestream (traditionally MUGEN matches between AI fighters, but also various other events), and allows users to place bets on the outcome of the event with their Salty Bucks. Since the latter is a purely fictional currency, users can freely give in to their crippling gambling addiction without having to worry about compensated oral sex behind the local Arby's afterwards.

Salt Girl herself is the classical anime mascot with red-blue heterochromia (representing the site's logo), red horns (representing the cardinal sin of greed) and the top of a salt shaker for a crown (representing the general state of the audience at any given point in time). She is also known as the unofficial patron saint of Salt Lake City, and has occasionally been spotted bathing in the waters of the Dead Sea.

In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]

Salt Girl fought in 8chanmania LXXVII. She tried to pull her first opponent, Lala, into a high-stakes match over the potential outcome of their match; but quickly folded against the blunt humor and the blunt force employed by the dullahan.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Despite of repeated rumors, 8chanmania's own betting system and the corresponding 8chan bux were - in no means or fashion - blatantly stolen from Salty Bet whatsoever.
