Thor Odinson is a comic character from the Marvel universe.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Thor is more or less identical with his historic part from Norse mythology. Though supremely powerful as a god of weather and thunder, Thor's boisterous nature got his old man Odin so mad that he decided to teach him a little lesson in humility. Said lesson saw Thor stripped from his power, his memory wiped, and his mind transplanted into a crippled young medical student called Donald Blake.
For ten years, Thor lived his life as Blake and even opened his own clinic. It was only through a trip to Norway (and an encounter with Saturnian aliens) that the good doctor accidentally stumbled upon his hammer and transformed back into a proper god. Thor went on to become one of humanity's greatest protectors, and also was a founding member of the famed Avengers.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
Thor made an appearance in 8chanmania XI. Setting off to a good start by crushing fellow Marvel character Nightcrawler with a thunderous KO, he floored a further fighter from the same franchise in the form of Dr. Doom. Naked Snake found no means to snake around him in the quarterfinals, and Felicia presumably lost one of her nine lives against him. Yet even the storm god ultimately found himself powerless against the time-bending abilities of N. Tropy.
