The Prince of Middenhall is the protagonist of Dragon Quest 2.
Bio[edit | edit source]
Heir to the legendary warrior Erdrick (a.k.a. Loto from the original Dragon Quest), the prince of Middenhall spends his day chilling out in the eponymous Middenhall Castle until a moribund soldier from the neighboring kingdom of Moonbroke shows up. Before kicking the bucket, the soldier informs the king of Middenhall that Moonbroke was under attack by the evil wizard Hargon, who in turn wants to usher in the end of the world by summoning the demon Malroth.
Being a traditionalist, the king of Middenhall can't be arsed to deal with the issue himself, and thus sends forth the Prince of Middenhall to clean up the mess. He is soon joined in his quest by the mandatory support character in the form of the Prince of Cannock, and a proverbial bitch that seems to be perpetual heat for him. Said bitch later turns into the Princess of Moonbroke, which severely upset certain parts of the audience.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
The Prince of Middenhall fought in 8chanmania XXIX, where he was set up to fight the mysterious Hu-Man. Who exactly Hu-Man was or how the match ended has been lost to history.
