Clefable is a Fairy-type (originally Normal-type) pokemon from the original Pokemon Red/Blue.

Bio[edit | edit source]

The third and last evolutionary form of the Cleffa line, the extremely fine ears and timid nature of Clefables makes them an exceptionally rare sight in the modern world; doubly so as they can't stand the constant noise of areas settled by humans. They are nigh-mythical creatures whose appearance is often seen as a sign of good luck, and, when encountered in pairs, a happy marriage.

It has been speculated Clefable and the rest of its evolutionary line actually are extraterrestrial creatures that somehow arrived on Earth as a result of meteorite impacts. How exactly they would survive the journey (not to speak of the actual impact) is everyone's best guess, but the fact that these Pokemon are almost exclusively found in or near historic impact sites grants some plausibility to the theory.

In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]

A Clefable was nominated for the tag team-tier 8chanmania XXXI; where it was partnered up with a Lopunny. To their misfortune, their very first match saw the two Pokemon confronted with the perma-horny furry mascot Nate (and a severely reluctant Tyroth. Nate made no secret of the fact that he planned to yiff his opponents after defeating them, but between him not being capable of forming so much as a coherent thought without thinking about sex and Tyroth seriously wishing he could be somewhere else, it was the Pokemon who pulled off a victory. And then pulled out some neutering scissors; to thundering applause from the audience.

Clefable and Lopunny next faced some serious opposition in the form of the /b/lackup squad, but this being ancient history, the outcome of the match has been lost to the latter.
