"....WOW!"
— DSP

DSP, aka Darksydephil, aka Philip Burnell is a YouTube-based e-celeb whose main claim to fame is him being hilariously bad at games.

Bio[edit | edit source]

Like CWC, DSP occupies a bizarre state which provides him with a generous number of fans, but also ensures that most of said fans actually are trolls who only support him to so they can egg DSP into doing even dumber things than he regularly does. It's a give and take-style relationship, really.

DSP's popularity mostly stems from him blaming his stunning incompetence at video games on literally anything - be it non-intuitive controls, a lack of proper hand-holding, or the game not telling him he should pull his pants down before taking a shit. His similarity to modern gaming journalists has been widely noted, and still is a lively topic of discussion.

In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]

DSP only fought in 8chanmania VI, and nothing beyond him not winning a belt there is known.

During 8chanmania XIII, DSP and Anthony Burch fought each other in a pre-show match. Burch (somehow) won.

His return in 8chanmania XXV, ended in Cornholio stealing all his TP - after customarily forcing a restart of the match by simply walking out of the ring.

DSP got his final grudge match against Anthony Burch in a pre-show battle prior to 8chanmania XXVIII. He won this time, if mostly because he pulled a chair trick on Burch.
