The Dark Elf is a generic anime character.
Bio[edit | edit source]
The Dark Elf as it appears in various mangas, animes, and JRPGs has a curious cultural evolution. Originally spawned as the Norse Svartálfar (which may or may not have been synonymous with dwarves), later writers would interpret them dark and evil counterpart to the white and noble surface elves.
Gary Gygax drove the point home when he turned them into the sociopathic Drow of Dungeons and Dragons fame. Since they already were stuck with the fem-domme and BDSM fetish, it was no surprise that Japan decided regular elves were coy and quick to recognize lewdness, whereas Dark Elves were less coy and quick to perform lewdness.
In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]
An otherwise unnamed Dark Elf (probably from the regular /tg/ smut thread) was nominated for the porn-themed 8chanmania XXX. As part of some cruel joke, it was set up to fight Slaanesh of all the people and unsurprisingly lost. Whether or not Slaanesh really got to test out its newest kink by shoving life rodents up her urinary tract while pouring sulfuric acid upon her nipples has, thankfully, been lost to history.
