Kazumi Mishima is a character from the Tekken series; first appearing in Tekken 7.

Bio[edit | edit source]

A woman of immense beauty and elegance, Kazumi originally was a member of the Hachijo Clan before she eventually married her childhood friend: Heihachi Mishima. He would later give her a son in the form of Kazuya Mishima, and Kazumi loved both of them dearly.

Unfortunately, the Hachijo Clan solely existed to keep an eye on an eliminate overly ambitious men like Heihachi in the first place, and a emotionally-conflicted Kazumi saw herself forced to kill her own husband when the latter grew too powerful. Well, she tried to - despite of being able to turn into a demon due to her Devil Gene, Heihachi settled the marriage dispute by killing her first.

Her legacy and the Devil Gene lived on in her son Kazuya, and would become a focal point for the rest of events in the series - to the point that Kazumi ordered Akuma to kill him, too.

In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]

Kazumi debuted in 8chanmania LXXIII. Her initial victory against Seaman was quickly offset by her loss against Yusei Fudo.

She did not actively participate in 8chanmania LXXV, but was seen stalking Rare Akuma wherever he went.

Her most successful stint thus far was in the Mother's Day-themed 8chanmania XCI. Accompanied by her grandson Jin Kazama, she fittingly had to fight Jin's mother Jun Kazama (with Kazuya as her manager) for her first match - a family reunion that ended in a submission hold and Kazumi pulling Jun into a sad hug.
This emotional baggage dealt with, she proceeded to defeat Kangashkan, the Big Boss, and very nearly would have won the finals had it not been for Yeti Girl.

Kazumi would eventually battle Akuma in 8chanmania C, this time as his opponent. She lost the match through a pinfall.
