Rare Akuma is a playable fighter from MUGEN.

Bio[edit | edit source]

While the boring old Akuma already was a beast of a man, Rare Akuma was intentionally designed to be as hilariously and blatantly overpowered as possible. It goes beyond saying that he's not really supposed to battle regular fighters but those with the same insane design goals, but now he is in 8chanmania, and who are we to complain?

In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]

Season 2[edit | edit source]

Rare Akuma debuted in 8chanmania XL. He and Dark Donald immediately threw themselves into a fight that plainly was too fast as if that anyone could reasonably discern what in the fuck was happening, but rest assured, Rare Akuma splendidly won it via pinfall. That the attempts of Wololo Monk to convert him were met with failure is self-explanatory. How local genocide enthusiast Luca Blight still managed to defeat him more so (although it neatly shows that Blight really is one scary motherfucker).

Realizing the evil the two could achieve together, Rare Akuma and Dark Donald teamed up for 8chanmania LIII. Angel and Tetsuo Shima stood no chance against them, nor did the fan favorites Brauggi and Kunio. It ultimately took the bullet time fuckery of Point Man and the British charm of Cate Archer to stop the two aberrations.

Season 3[edit | edit source]

Rare Akuma returned for 8chanmania LXXV. Initially hoping to fight Gill, he had to (and did) make do with the latters lapdog Kolin. His duel with Piranha Plant likewise ended as fast as it had started, and when the freak edit finally fell, it took the hands of Badmella to do so. Curiously, he was followed by Kazumi Mishima all the while; her intentions dubious.

MUGENTime[edit | edit source]

True to his original role in MUGEN, Rare Akuma can control the flow of time - specfically by speeding it up until a regular 15-minute match is done with in under thirty seconds of real time.
