Brauggi is a frost giant from the game Quest for Glory I. He is willing to give the Hero of Spielburg a Shining Gem in exchange for 50 apples, which he requires to "mellow his mead horn". He also seems to harbor a certain dislike against the so-called "White Lady". While the Hero of the game is free to try and fight Brauggi, the giant's massive strength ensures an automatic defeat in melee combat, and attacking him from range results in the same outcome as Brauggi uses frost magic.

He habitually speaks in four lines at a time, reminiscent of ancient poems.

In 8chanmania[edit | edit source]

Debut[edit | edit source]

Brauggi made his debut in 8chanmania XXXVI, where he fought and won against King Allant XII, Monkeybone and Clown (F). He ultimately lost through pinfall against Madara Uchiha in the Semi Finals, but gave him such a good fight that he has been known, even capable of touching Uchiha ever since.

His second stint in 8chanmania XXXVII was slightly less glorious, as Brauggi found himself pinned under the fiery legs of Blaziken.

The Great Belt Robberies[edit | edit source]

Brauggi resurfaced during 8chanmania XLII. He crushed the Touhou fairy Daiyousei, ended Vectorman's hopes for a sequel before forcing Cursor-Chan into submission and crushing Plum's dreams of golfing. The frost giant would finally face The Higher Power, now revealed to be Roman Reigns. in the finals - and lost because Roman decided to be a cheating little bitch by throwing a chair towards Brauggi and getting him disqualified.

Slightly irritated by now, the frost giant made a third attempt for a belt at 8chanmania XLIII. He successfully fought a Yuki-onna, Krampus, Hans Gruber, and even landed a critical on Elsa, only to find his plans thwarted by Jack Skellington in the finals.

His fourth chance during 8chanmania L was once again thwarted - while the frost giant proved to be cooler than Glacius and ignored the auditory rape of 80s Noise Marine, he nonetheless was kicked out during the quarter finals by no-one less than an 8chanmania Audience Member.

The Frost Giant once more chilled the ring in 8chanmania LIII, teaming up with the equally cool Kunio. They left a lasting impression on Daidouji and Rouga Zanma, but went into meltdown one round later when facing Dark Donald and Rare Akuma.

A Giant and His Belt[edit | edit source]

Brauggi finally pulled through in 8chanmania LXIV. He bested Nic Dizzle, Hat Kid, Black Mage, and the Replica Assassin before eventually facing Yusei Fudo in the finals and winning the match via pinfall. Now, the Frost Giant bides his time until he can be the first one to touch Madara Uchiha.

No Big Belt For You[edit | edit source]

Despite of finally getting his belt, Brauggi's hunger for vengeance against the chair man was not yet quenched. Poor luck meant he never got the desired chance for revenge - the frost giant won his first fight against Wailmer, but his titanic size proved useless against the titanic muscle of the Muscle Wizard.

Big Win, No Belt[edit | edit source]

Brauggi was one of the sixteen fighters nominated for PilotMania. He defeated Roland of yore, temporarily stopped the kleptomaniac Marie Poppo, proved stronger than Cirno, dismantled Zaku II and finally bested his fellow heavyweight and belt holder E. Honda in the finals.

Then Brauggi realized PilotMania didn't come with a belt.

Don't step on snek[edit | edit source]

Brauggi's renewed attempts to win his well-deserved belt at 8chanmania LXXIV were cut short once more - although he won against Ernest P. Worrell, he lost to the Neopet Snowager one round later. The giant subsequently was arrested by the Lolice for "spinning to much", leaving a rather baffled audience.

EVERYBODY beats Kurt Wy- Brauggi[edit | edit source]

Fresh out of prison and with rhymes to match, Brauggi decided to team up with Kurt Wylde for 8chanmania LXXVI. It did not work out, as the two were instantly beaten by Luca Blight and Ugandan Knuckles.

EVERYBODY beats Kurt Wylde[edit | edit source]

In 8chanmania LXXXVII, Brauggi teamed up with JC Denton. Together, they proved that EVERYBODY beats Kurt Wylde (even if he's supported by the resurrected Road Runner, but ultimately were done in by the Spartans Master Chief and Noble Six.

It keeps happening[edit | edit source]

Apparently having decided he had not jobbed enough yet, Brauggi (once again accompanied by Kurt Wylde) returned for 8chanmania XCV, and got stomped by the giant robot Gundam Rose.
